795 € per cluster for the first cluster.
What are the Standard Support hours for Tier 1?
08:00–16:00 UTC.
What are the support hours for Enterprise plans?
Extended hours (typically 06:00–11:00 UTC) for enhanced coverage.
Are annual billing discounts available?
Yes—10% for Tier 1, 15% for Tier 2, and 25% for Tier 3.
How much does it cost to add a new cluster into the support tier?
495 €/month per additional cluster. Non-supported open-source usage is for free of course.
What add-ons are available?
